The art of poetry is expressing in words what words cannot express. However, I don't think any poet, no matter how great, could express the happiness you have given me. I can try... if I ever put it all in to words, I promise you'll be the first to see it. But you know, The Cure said it best.

There's so much to say and so little space to say it in... for now, I'll just say, with a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, "Thank you."
